Shipping Policies

After you place your order, we process and pack within 72 hours. You’ll receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number when it’s ready to head out to its final destination.

We ship via the US Postal Service. You’ll be able to track your package from the time it leaves Nashville until it arrives at its final destination. 

In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add our 72-hour processing time to your calculation.

Exchanges

We know that sometimes things don't quite fit or look right and so for all US orders over $30 we offer one free exchange. 

  1. fill out our Customer Service form
  2. include your order number and request an exchange — please be sure to let us know the size of the new item if applicable
  3. we'll email you a return label for you to send back the original item and queue up a replacement shipment (timing of exchanges same as above)

Also, for any International order over $100 we also offer one free exchange.
