Good to know, from the park
- Hot sidewalks and pavement can burn paws. Walk in the cooler parts of the day.
- Cactus spines, rattlesnakes, and sharp rocks can hurt your pet. Coyotes and mountain lions can kill pets, even in daylight.
- Do not rely on pet trackers. They have failed in the park and pets have been lost.
- Never leave pets alone or tied up. Leaving a pet in your vehicle can be lethal.
